Each name comes with a set of documents and information aimed at reintegrating the soldier into military history. We will take the example of Lt BRANT Cameron Donald, Mohawk, missing in 1915 during the First World War.
The first step is to compile the data in 3 different tables:

- The 2nd table contains the battle information:
In this case, we are only talking about the 2nd Battle of Ypres, indicating that he was killed in this battle.
- The 3rd table contains the counted by medal:

With all the documents and information gathered, a file is built for each soldier.
