Bob Kejic, Ojibway of Kenora, Ontario, served with the Canadian Airborne Regiment for a number of years before migrating to Rhodesia during the Bush War in Southern Rhodesia (1964 to 1979). Bob served in the Rhodesian Light Infantry (Commando Battalion), an entirely white unit of the Rhodesian Army but manages to enlist as a recruiter. After Rhodesia became Zimbabwe, Bob Kejic remained in Zimbabwe for a number of years before returning to Canada.
